1. Introduction

Welcome to KirayaKhata ERP. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our software and services provided by Gkon Technologies. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Plans: Usage is based on the selected subscription plan (Monthly/Yearly).
• Renewals: Subscriptions must be renewed before the expiry date to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Refunds: Payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable once the service is activated.

3. Data Privacy & Security

We value your business data. While we implement industry-standard security measures, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (Username/Password). Gkon Technologies will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• The subscription has expired for more than the allowed grace period.
• The platform is used for illegal activities or data manipulation.
• Attempted unauthorized access (hacking) to our servers is detected.

5. Limitation of Liability

KirayaKhata is provided "as is". Gkon Technologies is not responsible for any financial loss, data loss, or business interruptions caused by server downtimes or technical glitches. We recommend regular manual backups of critical data.

6. Modifications

Gkon Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms and update subscription pricing with a 30-day prior notice to active users.
